Last night I stayed up until midnight filling out my application to UF, and this morning when my alarm went off at 5:30 I felt as cold and dead as a corpse. Therefore, using my new bohemian-rebel mentality, I decided that there was no reason I should force myself into a subversive educational system. I then went back to sleep and slept until 11:00.

My nerves as raw lately as uncooked meat, still with a pounding headache, I made my way into the kitchen to make a toaster strudal when my 10 year old sister, irritatingly awake, bounded in front of me.

"Dad let me stay home tooooo today!"

I'm starting to rethink the whole school situation.
